Vikarens guide til DSA'en (The Sub’s Guide To The DSA) is the animated edutainment video created to explain the Digital Services Act (DSA) to Danish youths between the age of 13-17 in an entertaining way.

Are you ready? Too bad, I’m starting anyway!!!

The representatives for The Media Council had one prayer before I started this project: They asked me to please NOT make something like Voteman… So after scraping my draft of Voteman 2: Electric Boogaloo, I hunkered down in front of my computer and developed The Sub: a brash, tempermental, and loud substitute teacher with a hatred of tech giants and a hidden love for his students.

The stated goal with the video was to deliver 70% entertainment to 30% information, in a fun and high tempo way, through a silly but believable character that ultimately respected the intelligence of the target audience and address them as equals.
